1 About these terms of sale
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
1.3 These Terms do not affect your legal (statutory) rights under your applicable national laws relating to the sale of consumer products.
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including personal data, like your name, address, phone number and credit/debit card number. We are only collecting your name, address and phone number for goods delivery purposes.
We do not have access and do not collect your debit/credit card data. All card processing information is redirected to our payment processing partner.
3 Order and acceptance
3.1 Each order submitted constitutes an offer to purchase products. Orders are subject to Lops OU acceptance and may be refused at Lops OU discretion, for example in cases where:
- orders cannot be processed due to an error in information you have provided;
- there is an error on the web shop relating to the products that you have ordered, for example an error relating to the price or description of the product as displayed on the web shop; or
- the products that you have ordered are no longer available through the web shop.
3.2 After Lops OU receives your order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. If you do not receive an email, contact Lops OU before you try to place another order for the same product.
3.3 You will receive an email with DHL tracking number when your order is being dispatched confirming that your order has been accepted.
3.4 If you have any questions, comments or concerns regarding Lops OU order acceptance policy, or if you consider that your order was rejected in error, please contact Lops OU.
4 Product availability
Lops OU will have the right, at any time, to make changes to information about products displayed on the web shops, for example information about prices, description or the availability of products and Lops OU may do so without first giving you notice of the changes. Lops OU will not, however, make any changes to the price, availability or description of any product after an order has been accepted.
5.1 Everyone would like to get goods as soon as possible, so we give our best and ship most parcels with DHL Express. We ship goods worldwide from Estonia, EU. Orders received by 16.00 UTC are shipped out the same business day. Orders received after 16.00 UTC are shipped the following business day. Below is timetable with average delivery times with our parcels.
Countries where DHL Express delivery is not possible, goods will be shipped with express tracked mail.

5.2 Any delivery dates provided to you in connection with your order are estimates. Although the aim is to provide you with as accurate estimates as possible, Lops OU cannot promise that they are accurate.
5.3 Any customs duties or tariffs that may be imposed on the deliveries will be paid by you.
5.4 Product that is delivered to you will become your property at the time that you receive it provided that Lops OU has received full payment for the product. As soon as Lops OU has delivered the product to you, you will become responsible for it.
6 Returns / refunds:
6.1 Customer initiated order cancellations and changes
You can make changes to or cancel your order at any time before your order has been processed. To make changes to your processed order, please contact Lops OU. If your order has already been dispatched you will be able to request a refund of the product as separately informed by Lops OU.
6.2 Refunds in case of a faulty product: If you wish to return for a refund a product that is delivered to you by Service which is faulty or otherwise damaged when you receive it, or which does not correspond to the description on the web shop, you can do so in accordance with and pursuant to Warranty within 30 days of receiving the product. This term does not apply to product which develops a fault from improper installation, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply water damage, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, or any unauthorized dis-assembly, repair or modification.;
6.3 Refunds for non-faulty merchandise: You may cancel an order delivered to you by Lops OU, but you will only be able to request a refund of the product, all shipping costs are covered by you.
7 Prices and payment
7.1 The product price is always the price indicated in the web shop when you place your order.
7.2 Products and their postage are paid in conjunction with the order. The available payment methods are displayed in connection with the product order form in the web shop.
7.3 Payments by credit and debit cards:
If you would like to pay by credit or debit card, Lops OU will act solely as the marketer of the respective payment method and will provide the products to the customer. All complaints and claims for compensation will be handled by the payment method provider. With regard to payments made by credit or debit card, the payment method provider acts as the merchant of the product and the trade transaction takes place between the customer and the payment method provider. The payment method provider is also the recipient of the payment.
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for your use of the Services and for any Content you provide, including compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.You should only provide Content that you are comfortable sharing with others.Any use or reliance on any Content or materials posted via the Services or obtained by you through the Services is at your own risk.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
