Orders received by 16.00 UTC are shipped out the same business day. Orders received after 16.00 UTC are shipped the following business day. Below is timetable with average delivery times with our parcels.

This timetable is actual delivery for most areas. DHL Express is the World fastest delivery service and they give 5 business days for longest delivery, but if your address is ountryside, long way from cities, then delivery may take day-two longer. For example if your address is at the end of nowhere, in deep jungle or desert.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return the item within 30 days of receipt if it is in the same condition we sent it to you. It means that you can try goods, but they should not have any visible damage. We will refund your money after goods have arrived back to us. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment.
